TheSuperDogs ships worldwide.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 6 to 14 business days, depending on your location. Some items ship from nearby warehouses for faster delivery. Estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

Shipping cost
Free shipping on all orders over €40. For orders under €40, a small flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Customs and duties
For some international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply. These are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
